RETURNS & ECHANGES
All orders can be cancelled 24 hours after being placed. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel, you must contact us within 24 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
We will issue exchanges within 7 days of you receiving the product in the following cases:
- The wrong item was received in terms of colour, size, or model (evidence is needed).
- The product has arrived in a damaged condition (evidence is needed).
- The item arrived in extremely poor quality (evidence is needed).
- The order went missing.
- The estimated delivery time has expired
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one. If the item arrived damaged or if you received the wrong item you can request a reshipment. You must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused and in the original packaging.
You cannot request a refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of LikeChula.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of LikeChula.com (items stolen from your address entrance)

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and we will contact you.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
